DIGITAL DISTORTION (BEYOND MIXXTAPE)

We interrupt your regularly scheduled programming of PLAYLISTISM this week to bring you a special surprise.

Today sees the release of my brand new track Digital Distortion, the first single off of the BEYOND mixxtape, which is currently set to release this summer. 

Being my YouTube strikes are still valid, any material off the project that I release prior to the strikes lifting will be done through my Soundcloud account, but enough of the technicalities, let's talk about the music.

Digital Distortion is very representative of the new sound I'm mixxing together for the BEYOND mixxtape as it'll be very experimental and different from the Infinity mixxtape (i.e. the title BEYOND). The track samples static distortion and vocals from various viral videos and headlines Skye Chai's Walks as the main track. It's an electronic dance ensemble that'll definitely get you in the mood for what's to come this Summer (being I'm still finishing the mixxtape...yikes!)

Sadly, there are no inklings of Iggy Iggy on the track, though she dons the single artwork for it being that her new album shares the same title.
