PERFECT ILLUSION x LADY GAGA // VIDEO

Prepare to have your faces brutally assaulted my fellow monsters as Mother Monster has graced us with the accompanying visual to the leading single Perfect Illusion off of her upcoming album Joanne.

I personally have mixed emotions for the visual being that there was so much going on in terms of the various quick shots that composed the masterpiece that appeared and disappeared all at once. Stylistically, I love the entire Rock n' Roll vibe Gaga has chosen to aesthetically match the single's artwork and the overall vibe that she's been giving off lately and it's quite refreshing to see a more raw version of the Government Hooker we all knew from way back when. 

Also, the visual portrays the storyline of Perfect Illusion quite beautifully with it's final still shots of our Telephone correspondent rolling alone under the desert sun and really emphasizing on the illusion that we had been previously assaulted with. 

Like I said, mixed emotions, but you can make your own judgements and I'm definitely looking forward to October 21st for the release of the parenting album.
