HAUS ART - Hide and Seek


Talk about a blast from the past, and no, this isn't another installment of Flashback Friday, it's Tuesday for crying out loud! But with all conceptual bickering aside, let's just divulge into today's featured Haus Art. Rather than being a single artwork in itself, I revamped the entire album cover of Imogen Heap's 2005 Speak For Yourself to create this beautiful work of art above, and I even took some influence from the Fantasy Friday segments in one upping the album by stamping the glorious and promising "Deluxe Version" staple that really only offers a couple tracks more than it's standard edition. The featured track off the jump is Hide and Seek and it is beyond words. I never would've guessed that the female vocals in Mr. Jason Derulo's Whatcha Say had stemmed from this, but the entire track in itself is a perfect ensemble of how to correctly use autotune.
