#DoubleMusicMonday - More Than This & Senses

Happy #DoubleMusicMonday!

The splurging never ends with just your weekly dosage of Playlistism and in honor of splurging 25 episodes of pure musical awesomeness, I figured why stop the urge there and why not continue it into this week's Music Monday.

No news, just music today, and the first featured track is New Arcades' More Than This featuring the vocal stylings of Miss Lula. This electronic heavy sound bite is absolutely everything. There's a number of juxtapositions from the verse's hard-hitting instrumental's to a lighter vibe on the chorus, and the vocals between Lula & New Arcades blend together beautifully. Not to mention, New Arcades have a Bleachers-esque sound to their voice, which is quite amazing. "Say that you want more than this" and I will slap you because I just splurged two amazing tracks on this just about average #MusicMonday.

Next is our double featured track, which is none other than Cheat Codes' Senses featuring an artist known as Lostboycrow. I will admit that all of the featured tracks today aren't at all mainstream, which I find amazing and saddening all at once considering these are wonderful tracks, but not everyone or anyone really knows about them (but anywho..). This is definitely a club banger with all the perfect ingredients from vocals to that insatiable dropped beat after the chorus, and even a guitar sampling in the second verse, which highlights the track's versatility. Not to mention the track also has quirky noises, which are always a plus. "Don't know if you could tell, but my senses were overwhelmed by you" and my earworm is overwhelmed by this track.
