TOKYO NARITA (FREESTYLE) - HALSEY x LIDO [AUDIO]
My fellow BADLANDians, if you haven't already heard the news, then prepare yourselves as the queen of our Castle has just released a fresh breath of air freestyle!
The Colors artist Halsey just released a few days ago this collaborative piece with artist Lido appropriately titled Tokyo Narita (Freestyle) and it's absolutely everything. The track holds the same alternative eeriness that we're all too familiar with when it comes to our New Americana rep, but being that this track is a freestyle, we see a much more raw side to Halsey in terms of presentation and her vulnerability (which was always present, but even more so now...just saying...).
The track is barely 2 1/2 minutes long, but it's just what we needed being it's the first new sampling of anything from Haunting chanteuse since the release of her debut album BADLANDS last year. There was another track titled Garden which YOU CAN LISTEN TO HERE that's hauntingly beautiful and was never officially released.
