Serenade Saturday - Money Power Glory

The week is slowly coming to a close, so why not slowly wind down with a sweet bottle of wine and a melodic song to fit the mood. 

Today's track on this Serenade Saturday is none other than the Born To Die goddess herself, Miss Lana Del Rey. Off of her "latest" project Ultraviolence comes today's blessed morsel titled Money Power Glory. My personal favorite track off the jump is personally Brooklyn Baby, but after hearing this song randomly shuffle into today's musical playlist, it tugged on my heartstrings a lot harder than it should've and it was absolutely brilliant. 

From the get go, the vibe is set in a psychedelic freedom ride cruising slowly down the highway. Let your hair flow down and the senses find a euphoric pleasure in the track's essence. While the sound is very mellow and laid back, the lyrics however are very powerful and show Lana's assertiveness, I mean after all, she wants Money Power Glory, and there was zero punctuations there so you know the National Anthem songstress means business.
